About

The EQ Climate helps organizations understand what’s really shaping how their teams communicate, lead and work together under pressure. Instead of offering generic leadership training, we measure first. Our anonymous Crew Voice Pulse™ assessment shows how employees experience leadership, communication, trust and psychological safety. Those results shape targeted, practical emotional intelligence training, and a follow-up assessment shows what changed. Founded by Nichole Marie Garza, who brings a B.S. in Psychology and 20 years in the beauty industry, The EQ Climate also offers Behind the Chair, a training program for salon teams. In-person in San Antonio, with virtual delivery available.
