Join neurologist Dr. Adetoun Musa and Exercise Physiologist Kwaku Akore for an evidence-based discussion on brain health, neuroplasticity, and resistance training.

Dr. Musa will share a clinical perspective on how the brain adapts throughout life and what contributes to cognitive decline. Kwaku will discuss how evidence-based resistance training may support memory, executive function, cognitive performance, and healthy aging.

Attendees will leave with practical strategies to support both physical and cognitive well-being.
